Amy Louise

Amy Louise is a British artist based in Buckinghamshire who has built a considerable following on the contemporary art scene with her distinctive animal portraiture. Her work is represented by Buckingham Fine Art in Milton Keynes, with distribution through affiliated galleries across the UK.

Her paintings are instantly recognisable: vibrant colour, confident brushwork and animal subjects — from penguins and flamingos to much-loved pets — rendered with real personality. As one collector put it, her work is "quirky, fun, dramatic, well crafted, eye catching, tender", an eclectic and thoughtful body of work that invites the viewer to write their own story about the characters she portrays.
