Who is Dane Manor Fine Art?
An online fine art dealer selling signed limited edition prints, Artist Proofs and originals by more than 60 artists. We are run by Dane Manor Publishing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Do you have a gallery I can visit?
No. We operate online only, which lets us offer a wide range of artists. If you'd like more photos or details of a piece before you buy, just ask.
Is every artwork authentic?
Yes. Every piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
What's the difference between a limited edition and an Artist Proof?
A limited edition is printed in a fixed, numbered run and is usually signed by the artist. Artist Proofs (APs) were traditionally the very first impressions pulled from a printing plate, stone or block. Artists used them to inspect colour, ink and detail, or to make corrections, before approving the main edition. Today, APs are produced in small numbers alongside the main edition and marked "AP" instead of being numbered. Because so few exist, they are often more sought-after. Each listing states which type you are buying.
Can I buy prints framed?
Many of our prints are available framed or unframed. Contact us if you'd like advice on framing.
How is my artwork delivered?
Every order is sent with fully insured UK delivery. For delivery outside the UK, please contact us before ordering.
Can I return a piece?
Yes. As a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us by phone or email. We'll refund you within 14 days, to the card you paid with. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty. This does not apply to bespoke or commissioned items. Your statutory rights are not affected.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Contact us straight away. Faulty or not-as-described goods can be returned for a refund, replacement or repair.
I'm looking for a specific print or edition number. Can you help?
Often, yes. Email or call us with the title, artist and edition you're after, and we'll check availability.
Should I buy art as an investment?
We sell art to be enjoyed. Our works are not sold as investments, and we can't guarantee future value.
