Who we are This website is run by Dane Manor Publishing Ltd, trading as Dane Manor Fine Art, a company registered in England and Wales (no. 13361532), registered office Tutnall View, Tutnall Lane, Tutnall, Bromsgrove, B60 1NA. We are the data controller for the personal information described here.

What we collect

  • Details you give us when you order, register or contact us: name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, order history and messages.

  • Mailing list: your name and email address, if you sign up.

  • Payment details: these are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.

  • Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, and how you use the site, collected through cookies (see below).

How we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To process and deliver your order, handle returns and provide customer service (to perform our contract with you).

  • To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).

  • To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and improve our website and range (our legitimate interests).

  • To send you news and offers by email, only if you have agreed or are an existing customer who hasn't opted out (consent / soft opt-in). Every email has an unsubscribe link, or email us at any time.

Who we share it with We never sell your personal information. We share only what each provider needs to do its job:

  • Wix.com, which hosts our website, online store and checkout.

  • Payment providers: Wix Payments, PayPal and Klarna. To offer Klarna's payment methods, we pass your contact and order details to Klarna at checkout so it can assess whether you qualify; Klarna processes your data under its own privacy notice: https://www.klarna.com/uk/privacy/.

  • Our publishers, framing company and couriers, to fulfil and deliver your order.

  • Google, for website analytics and our product listings on Google Shopping

  • Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it.

International transfers Some of these providers (for example Wix) process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or a UK adequacy decision.

Cookies We use cookies that are essential for the site and checkout to work, and, with your consent, cookies for analytics and advertising. You can choose which cookies to accept in our cookie banner and change your choice at any time.

How long we keep it Order and accounting records: 6 years from the end of the financial year they relate to. Mailing list: until you unsubscribe. Enquiries: up to 2 years unless they lead to an order.

Your rights Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for a copy to move elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we'll reply within one month.
