Brad Robson

Australian
Nationality:
A Sydney-based painter and street artist whose fast, free brushwork collides pop culture with abstraction.
Brad Robson is an Australian contemporary painter and street artist based in Sydney. His work brings together street art, pop art and abstraction, and his paintings sit in private collections around the world.
Robson's brushwork is fast and free, with a restless, urgent energy. He takes recognisable pop-culture figures and disrupts them with bold sweeps of colour, leaving the tension between finished and unfinished as part of the picture. City life, popular culture and the human psyche run through his subjects.
Alongside his studio work he has painted murals in Sydney, Barcelona, New York, Los Angeles and Berlin, and his work has been shown at Woodward Gallery in New York.
Dane Manor Fine Art holds a selection of his limited editions on canvas, including Elmo Unchained, Honeybunny, Force Above and the Darker Shade series. Every piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
