Leanne Christie
British
Nationality:
Glittering flowerscapes, water lilies and seascapes in textured oils.
Leanne Christie is a self-taught artist who was inspired to paint by her mother, also an artist. She has been painting professionally for more than twenty years.
Born in Warwickshire, she now lives in South Devon, where the coast and moorland feed directly into her work.
She paints flowerscapes, water lilies, seascapes and moorlands in oils, then embellishes them with glitter and gems. The result is a textured, almost three-dimensional surface full of colour and light.
Dane Manor Fine Art holds a selection of her limited editions. Every piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
