Vintage confectionery branding reimagined as Victorian portraiture.

Ovi grew up surrounded by images: his father worked in print media advertising and his mother is a photographer. That early exposure to branding and the camera shapes everything he makes.

His work takes the iconic look of vintage confectionery, the wrappers and branding that have been designed and refined over decades, and reimagines it through Victorian paintings. Influenced by the way fashion moves in cycles, he brings old and new together with a wink.

His debut collection, Victorian Confectionery, was released in Spring 2021 and turns familiar treats into titled aristocrats, from duchesses and countesses to barons and generals.

Dane Manor Fine Art holds a selection of his limited editions. Every piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
