Roffway

Roffway was born in Hertfordshire and is based in Buckinghamshire.

He combines photography and oil painting. His own photographs are the starting point for paintings in oil on board, finished with soft, feathered brushwork and muted tones. He describes the result as soft-focus realism meets painterly traditionalism.

The English countryside is his subject, with themes of nostalgia and reflection.

Dane Manor Fine Art holds a selection of his Studio Editions. Every piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
