A refined duchess is portrayed in the golden caramel tones of a twin-fingered biscuit bar wrapper, her composure undercut by Ovi's playful wit. Warm, glowing colour gives the portrait a nostalgic, indulgent mood.
Tilly Wix The Dutchess Of Caramel is a limited edition print by Ovi, released in an edition of 25. Ovi turns the classic branding of vintage confectionery into fine art, reworking much-loved wrappers through the style of Victorian portrait painting.
