Families gather to welcome the lads home in this warm, nostalgic sketch. The deluxe sketch edition presents the drawing at a larger size with extra detail.
Welcome Home Lads - Deluxe Sketch is a limited edition by Leigh Lambert, a largely self-taught painter based in Warwickshire who paints post-war Britain in near-monochrome, using small touches of colour to bring out the people.
