Families brave the rain on a seaside promenade, wondering whose idea this was. This canvas edition gives the scene a rich, textured finish.
Who's Idea Was This - Canvas is a limited edition by Leigh Lambert, a largely self-taught painter based in Warwickshire who paints post-war Britain in near-monochrome, using small touches of colour to bring out the people.
