Kimberley Harris

British

Nationality:

A Suffolk-based countryside artist known for richly textured, palette-knife studies of wildflowers and meadow light.

Kimberley Harris is a British artist based in Suffolk, working in paintings and limited edition prints on both paper and canvas. After earning a Diploma in Art, she built a career spanning nearly two decades, becoming an established presence in UK galleries and collectors' homes.
Her technique is immediately recognisable: impressionistic layering, bold palette-knife strokes and rich, built-up texture. Limited edition canvases go through highly advanced printing followed by meticulous hand embellishment with art pigments and gels, with some editions as small as 45 copies.
Harris draws her subject matter from Suffolk's own landscapes — intimate, ground-level views of wildflowers, particularly daisies, buttercups, pansies and poppies, set against wide meadow vistas. Poppies recur often in her work, carrying their familiar meaning of peace, hope and remembrance.
At Dane Manor Fine Art, her collection includes Sunrise Meadows, Everlasting Love, Love Lifts Us Up, and pieces from her Studio Edition Collection such as Never Forget and Shine On Through.
More from Kimberley Harris: Winter · A World Of Our Own · Stillness And Bloom · Wildflower Horizon · Sunlit Serenity · Sunrise Meadows · A Moment In Time · Everlasting Love
