Amy Winehouse is shown with her towering beehive and tattoos in Amy, drawn with raw, confident strokes. Honest and soulful, the portrait captures both her vulnerability and her extraordinary presence.
Amy is a limited edition print by Scott Tetlow, released in an edition of 45. Born in Rochdale in 1969 and trained in fine art at Cheltenham, Scott Tetlow fuses the flowing marks of Chinese calligraphy with an urban pop edge. His music legends, screen icons and characterful urban animals are drawn with confident, intuitive energy.
