Winston Churchill, complete with his famous cigar, is sketched with gruff determination in this miniature portrait. Resolute and characterful, it is a striking small tribute to Britain’s wartime leader.
Churchill - Miniature is a limited edition miniature by Scott Tetlow, released in an edition of 45. Born in Rochdale in 1969 and trained in fine art at Cheltenham, Scott Tetlow fuses the flowing marks of Chinese calligraphy with an urban pop edge. His music legends, screen icons and characterful urban animals are drawn with confident, intuitive energy.
