A lion strides forward among scribbled road signs, the words “Just Crack On” urging it ahead. Tetlow’s loose ink work gives the big cat real swagger, making this a bold, motivational piece with a playful streak.
Just Crack On is a limited edition print by Scott Tetlow, released in an edition of 25. Born in Rochdale in 1969 and trained in fine art at Cheltenham, Scott Tetlow fuses the flowing marks of Chinese calligraphy with an urban pop edge. His music legends, screen icons and characterful urban animals are drawn with confident, intuitive energy.
