The broad, noble face of an Amur tiger fills the frame, its thick coat suited to the Siberian cold. Rendered with remarkable realism, this portrait celebrates one of the world's most majestic and endangered big cats.
Amur Tiger is a limited edition print by Martin Robson, released in an edition of 45. Martin Robson trained in graphic design and spent 25 years in commercial art before painting full time from his home near Lichfield. Working in layered acrylic, he paints big cats and wildlife with precise detail, dramatic light and a gaze that draws you straight in.
