A band plays from a bandstand while crowds gather to enjoy the festivities around it. Good Times is lively, nostalgic and full of the cheerful detail that makes Abrams's work so engaging.
Good Times is a limited edition print by Michael Abrams, released in an edition of 45. Michael Abrams spent ten years driving a forklift while painting greeting cards by night before turning to art full time in 1990. His joyful, naive-style scenes of couples, travel and celebration are all about love and togetherness, and his work has been shown in New York and beyond.
