Newcastle's High Level Bridge spans the River Tyne, with the Tyne Bridge silhouetted beyond. The composition celebrates the city's engineering heritage with a strong, atmospheric sense of place.
High Level Bridge is a limited edition print by Oshe, released in an edition of 75. Oshe strips his subjects back to their simplest forms, using limited palettes and clean shapes inspired by early twentieth-century poster art to capture the essence of a place. He calls the result luxurious simplicity.
