Ian Curtis is portrayed amid abstract ink splatters in this intense, introspective portrait. Brooding and atmospheric, it honours the haunting voice of the post-punk era.
Ian Curtis is a limited edition print by Scott Tetlow, released in an edition of 15. Born in Rochdale in 1969 and trained in fine art at Cheltenham, Scott Tetlow fuses the flowing marks of Chinese calligraphy with an urban pop edge. His music legends, screen icons and characterful urban animals are drawn with confident, intuitive energy.
