Bouncing skyward on a red space hopper, the chimp in Space Hop is all retro fun and boundless energy. Tetlow’s speedy linework conveys the leap perfectly, turning a childhood toy into a cosmic adventure.
Space Hop is a limited edition print by Scott Tetlow, released in an edition of 25. Born in Rochdale in 1969 and trained in fine art at Cheltenham, Scott Tetlow fuses the flowing marks of Chinese calligraphy with an urban pop edge. His music legends, screen icons and characterful urban animals are drawn with confident, intuitive energy.
