A young girl leans in to whisper to an elephant in The Whisper, a tender moment between child and gentle giant. Soft, poignant and quietly magical, it is one of Tetlow’s most heartfelt images.
The Whisper is a limited edition print by Scott Tetlow, released in an edition of 45. Born in Rochdale in 1969 and trained in fine art at Cheltenham, Scott Tetlow fuses the flowing marks of Chinese calligraphy with an urban pop edge. His music legends, screen icons and characterful urban animals are drawn with confident, intuitive energy.
