Barry is a shark rendered with surprising charm, orange and blue splatters swirling around his sleek form. Joe Galindo's energetic technique turns an ocean predator into a lively, colourful statement piece with a playful edge.
Barry is a limited studio edition by Joe Galindo, released in an edition of 50. Joe Galindo is a Leeds-based wildlife painter, born in Mirfield, West Yorkshire. Working in acrylic, inks, spray paint and layered mark-making, he balances carefully detailed eyes with loose lines, splashes and bold colour, so every animal comes across with real character.
