Lakeland Walk follows a path through a green valley towards a white cottage, with the fells rising on either side. The gentle light and inviting composition make it feel like the perfect afternoon ramble captured in paint.
Lakeland Walk is a limited edition print by Duncan Palmar RSMA, released in an edition of 100. Duncan Palmar is a member of the Royal Society of Marine Artists who has painted professionally since 1984. Working in oils with scumbles and glazes, he captures the changing moods of the coast, sea and countryside, and his commissions include work for the Armed Forces and Country Life covers.
