A beloved cartoon mouse hugs a soup can labelled with love, blending childhood nostalgia with sixties pop art. The cheerful palette and crisp graphic lines make this a light-hearted, smile-inducing piece.
Mickey Loves Soup is a limited edition print by Sannib, released in an edition of 75. Sannib trained in graphic design in Aleppo and worked in advertising in Kuwait, the UAE and London before turning to art. His mixed media portraits of twentieth-century icons layer graphic elements, paint and texture with golden, earthy tones and the blues of sea and sky.
