Sophia Loren gazes out with striking green eyes amid wild, flowing hair in this expressive portrait. Glamorous and untamed, it mixes classic cinema allure with energetic contemporary mark-making.
Sophia Loren is a limited edition print by Scott Tetlow, released in an edition of 45. Born in Rochdale in 1969 and trained in fine art at Cheltenham, Scott Tetlow fuses the flowing marks of Chinese calligraphy with an urban pop edge. His music legends, screen icons and characterful urban animals are drawn with confident, intuitive energy.
